Tart\u0131m i\u015flemleri i\u00e7in hassas indikat\u00f6rler kullan\u0131larak hatas\u0131z \u00fcretim hedeflenmi\u015ftir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><font color=\"#e2e600\"><font color=\"#e2e600\"><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#faed5f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><font color=\"#e2e600\"><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#faed5f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><font color=\"#e2e600\"><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#faed5f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SUN<\/mark><\/font><mark style=\"background-color:#00000000;color:#1b35c5\" class=\"has-inline-color\">STONE<\/mark> <\/strong><\/mark><\/font><\/mark><\/font><\/font><strong><font color=\"#e2e600\"><strong><font color=\"#e2e600\"><mark style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#faed5f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong> <\/strong><\/mark><\/font><\/strong><\/font><\/strong><\/mark><strong>  <\/strong>Parketa\u015f\u0131 Tesisi Otomasyonu proses olarak Haz\u0131r Beton ile benzerlikler g\u00f6sterse de bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011fi\u015fik \u00f6zellikler i\u00e7ermektedir. \u00d6zellikle Nem kontrolunun kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma kazan\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131, birden fazla beton g\u00f6nderilen istasyonlara cevap verilebilmesi ve operat\u00f6re ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmadan g\u00fcnl\u00fck program girilerek s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sa\u011flanabilmesi bunlardan birka\u00e7\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistem \u00d6zellikleri:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><li>\u00dcretim Program\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak girilmektedir ve \u00fcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda gerekirse araya \u00fcretim al\u0131narak maksimum verim ve kesintisiz \u00fcretim sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Betona ihtiyac\u0131 olan makinelerin hangi \u00fcretimi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 program taraf\u0131ndan bilindi\u011fi i\u00e7in, ihtiya\u00e7 olan beton \u00fcretimi bilgisayar taraf\u0131ndan otomatik olarak ba\u015flat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Sistem \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken manuel kumandaya ge\u00e7ilip tekrar otomati\u011fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya herhangi bir elektrik kesintisinde program \u00fcretime kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerden devam etmektedir.<\/li><li>Otomatik kamyon kantar\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 ile stok kayd\u0131 yap\u0131labilmekte ve giri\u015fi yap\u0131lan stoklar\u0131n daha sonra rapor \u015feklinde al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve kantar fi\u015fi bas\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Re\u00e7etelere \u00f6zel parametreler (kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma mikseri kapasitesi, kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u00fcresi, \u00e7imento gecikme s\u00fcresi, su gecikme s\u00fcresi, mikser kapak s\u00fcresi vb.) girilerek her re\u00e7eteye \u00f6zel ayar yap\u0131labilmektedir.<\/li><li>\u0130stenildi\u011finde haz\u0131r beton tesisi gibi d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya beton verebilme imkan\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Zaman ayarlar\u0131, kapasite ayarlar\u0131, havada kalan malzeme ayarlar\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok parametrenin sistemin daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi veya beton kalitesinin y\u00fckseltilmesi i\u00e7in de\u011fi\u015ftirmesine izin verilmi\u015ftir.<\/li><li>Kantar tart\u0131mlar\u0131 indikat\u00f6r ile yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.
